Welcome to Butler Mohican KOA, where your outdoor Adventure awaits. Enjoy a wonderful family atmosphere, offering clean, spacious, and level sites. We have sites that are pull-thru and can accommodate large RV's or trailers. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable location to unwind, this is your place. A convenient campground store is onsite, and plenty to do nearby. We can’t wait to welcome you and help you create lasting memories in the great outdoors!

CINCO DE DERBY: May 2nd- 4th
Let's celebrate Cinco De Mayo and the Kentucky Derby all in one!!
Come join us for a Taco Bar, pinata, horse racing, and even a Kentucky Derby Hat contest. There will be loads of fun horsing around! Taco's provided bring a dish to share.
MOTHER'S DAY WEEKEND & National Mini-Golf Day: May 9th- 11th
Celebrate Mom this weeken! Make her something special at crafts. Mom and family can enjoy a Paint and Sip Party. Join us for some family-friendly competition at our very First Annual Mini-Golf Tournament.
ZOOM WEEKEND (National Nascar Day): May 16th-18th
Join us for a family-friendly weekend filled with competition. Weekend activities include a creative activity of creating your own race car followed by a race! We will also be hosting a round robin Euchre tournament for the adults and Uno for the kids. We will provide sliders, please bring a dish to share!
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND MAY 23rd-26th
Join us as we welcome the long-awaited Summer. We will be celebrating with a Pig Roast & the live band 'Sweet Umbra' and loads of activities. Don't forget, pool will finally be open! We will also be honoring those who gave their life to serve our great country with a Memorial Service.
**Proceeds from Pig Roast will go to benefit a local organization (to be announced soon).
KEEP ON SMILING WEEKEND MAY 30th- June 1st
Word has it, Saturday May 31st is National Smile Day. Bring your best smiley faces for a :) filled weekend. Kids activities will include making their very own smile emoji board & more.

Celebrate National Chocolate Ice Cream Day with a chocolate-filled weekend. Join us for family friendly crafts, Make Your Own Ice Cream and Candy Bar Bingo.
FATHER'S DAY WEEKEND: JUNE 13th - 15th
Let's celebrate our dad's all weekend. Participate in our Corn Hole tournament, see who can catch the prizewinning fish in the fishing tournament, and make something special for Dad at craft time.
SUMMER SOLISTICE WEEKEND: JUNE 20th-22nd
A relaxing weekend to enjoy the longest day of summer. How many ways can you find to relax? Enjoy our amenities, pool-time, and bring the kids for an afternoon craft activity.
WACKY WATER WEEKEND: June 27th-29th
This weekend is guaranteed to be wet, wild, and wacky fun for the whole family. Join us for family-friendly water-themed activities. Saturday evening, we will be hosting an Adult-only swim at 9pm.
July Activities
HAPPY 249th BIRTHDAY AMERICA: JULY 3rd - 6th
Come celebrate Independence day with us. We will have a good old fashioned 4th of July celebration with a Cake and Ice cream on Friday. Kid friendly crafts! Challenge of the Champs, compete with other families for the honor of a family photo posted on the KOA Wall! Don't forget to sign up in the office. We will have a corn hole tournament and parade. Be sure to decorate your site, cabin, bikes, pets, golf carts for our parade!
HELLO JELLO: JULY 11th - 13th
It's another National Day! Join us for a Jello-filled weekend to celebrate National Jello Day. We will be hosting a family friendly game of Jello fishing, and Jello-themed kid's activities. Fire Truck rides starting at 5pm, followed by Card Games and Jello snacks!
FUNTASTIC WEEKEND: July 18th - 20th
Join us for a fun-filled weekend to celebrate National Play Day. We will be hosting crafts and games all weekend.
CHRISTMAS IN JULY: JULY 25th- 27th
Roll out the garland and start singing carols! A traditional midsummer celebration of the Christmas Holiday will be great fun for everyone! The kids will enjoy decorating Christmas cookies while they wait to get their picture with Santa. Don't forget to bring your decorations to participate in the site decorating contest!
August Activities
WET & WILD WEEKEND: AUGUST 1st - 3rd
This weekend is guaranteed to be wet, wild, and wacky with fun water activities for the whole family. Join us for water whacky activities, 'Tye Dye your Own T-Shirt, and even water ballon games.
NATIONAL SMORE'S WEEKEND: AUGUST 8th - 10th
Who doesn't love S'more's? Join us for chocolate, marshmallows, and graham cracker filled weekend. S'more fun with crafts and Saturday night Karaoke!
BUTLER MOHICAN HAS TALENT: AUGUST 15th - 17th
It's National Tell A Joke Day! Do you have a joke or hidden talent you want to show off? This is your time to shine! We are having a talent show here and we want you to participate. There will be judges and prizes given out for the best talent act. Better start practicing!
WESTERN WEEKEND: AUGUST 22nd - 24th
Round up your partners, it's time for the KOA WESTERN weekend. Come to the coral and lasso your horses to compete in a racing competition. Joiun us for Square Dancing and bring a dish for a Saturday Night Potluck.
LABOR DAY WEEKEND: AUGUST 29th - SEPT 1st
Summer is coming to an end, but the fun continues! Join us for our 2nd annual 3 K Color Run and Crafts Saturday, Cornhole tournament for those competitive ones and Poker Run on Sunday! Please sign up in the office for all of the activities.

CAMPER APPRECIATION 'BACK TO NATURE' WEEKEND: SEPT. 5th - 7th.
We appreciate you! Let us show you a good time and a relaxing weekend! Join us for a nature-filled activity, Sundae Bar or Root Beer Floats, and an evening Glow Stick Parade.
FUN-TASTIC: SEPT 12th - 14th
Enjoy a Funtastic weekend making crafts, playing games, and a round robin Euchre tournament for the adults, Uno for the kids! We will also be hosting our Annual Chili Cookoff contest. Bring your best Chili for the campground bragging rights!!
PIZZA WEEKEND: SEPT 19th - 21st
To Celebrate National Pizza Day, we will be hosting Make Your Own Pizza for the whole family to enjoy. We please ask for a small donation for participation. As always, join us for kid-friendly crafts and activities.
Octoberfest: SEPT 26th - 28th
Its Prairie Peddler / Community Garage Sale time in Butler! Come stay with us and visit the show only 1 mile from the campground. You can also join us onsite for fall-themed family activities.
